Liz is a photographer, printmaker and mixed media artist. Her current body of work generally starts with water-based media, often incorporating collage elements, including photography, digital art and paper she has handprinted or painted. Liz’s process often cycles back to her love for wax, formerly encaustic, now cold wax and oil. Still working in layers, obscuring then revealing / waxing and waning, she continues to explore the interplay between light and colour.
