Kathy is from Vancouver Island. She began exploring oil painting after retiring as an Educator in the Saanich School District. Her landscapes and paintings are inspired by the breathtaking scenery of the forests and beaches on the West Coast of Vancouver Island and around Victoria.
Kathy says “I’m so happy to share my art with you. Whether it is a calm sunny day or a blustery stormy afternoon I am curious and excited to try to bring what I see to life on canvas. I feel so lucky to live here on the island and in this part of Canada”
