Joanie creates unique one of a kind greeting cards and has been making cards for over three decades. She is building many mixed media and watercolour techniques into her card work. One of her specialties is making her own handmade paper castings and incorporating those onto her cards. Joanie is inspired by her travels and the beauty surrounding Victoria. In addition to Scattered Artists, she regularly sells at the James Bay Market in the summer and is in other art shows such as the Bowker Creek Brush-Up and the Oak Bay Art Tour.
