Debbie is a visual artist based in Victoria BC. Her career in real estate influenced the direction of her art. She explores the impact of architectural and environmental spaces on human emotions. Debbie’s art emphasis the interplay of process and movement distilling the essence of spaces into atmospheric impressions using mixed media.
Debbie has a diploma in Fine Arts from Victoria College of Art and further education from the Vancouver Island school of art and Camosun College.
Debbie has been a practicing artist for over 25 years and her exhibitions include a solo show at the Victoria Conference Centre, group shows at the Slide Room Gallery, Xchanges Art Gallery, Emerging Artist Gallery, and a joint exhibition at Xchanges Art Gallery in 2022.
