The application process for the August 2025 art tour is now closed. We will be opening up applications for the May 2026 tour in December 2025.
We are interested in having new artists join in future tours. Space is dependent on the number of properties we secure each tour. If host locations are at a minimum, we may have to reduce the number of artists and the committee will need to make selection decisions. Having a mix and variety of mediums and styles will play into these decisions.
Please note that artists are expected to actively promote the events through their own networks and social media and also distribute brochures to key businesses.
Artists must have their own tents as these tours go forward rain or shine. Hosts are required to manage a gift draw process and communicate with the artists at their location. Note that host sites are desirable in East Saanich around the Cedar Hill Golf Course area. The tour is not interested in solo artists but rather 4 or more artists at each location.
